For your modern and a-typical Thanksgiving, we will be offering our Imperial wagyu tomahawk, dry aged to perfection for 40 days in-house. Chef Dustin has portioned them for 2 or 4 guests, and is offering them roast ready or sous vide. Our wagyu fat butter, au poivre sauce and detailed cooking/reheating instructions included! .
