Let’s take a leap of Faith.... I know we are feeling the Lock Down Lag... Every day is a twist of emotions They say we are all in this together... I feel that we are all navigating in our own way. At this point I’m not sure when we will be face to face again....but until then I’m preparing for getting back to work with all the Safety Protocols in place. It’s important to me for those who are eager to get back in to ensure your comfort and safety. COVID-19 Updates Dear Amazing Clients I hope you are all doing okay. I’ve been trying to wrap my head around what’s being going on and trying to adapt to this new temporary way of life as most of you are too. One thing I do know is that I miss you all and can’t wait to see you back at Tranquility for facials and waxing services. Even though I’m not taking clients in-house I’m still here for you in other ways.... ... Virtual Skin Care Consultations / Facials One - One Virtual Eyebrow Shaping / Clean-up You hold the tweezer I keep you from ruining your eyebrows:) If any of you run out of products, I can have them shipped to you direct or deliver them gloved and with appropriate social distancing. PCA, Dermalogica, Smart Skin by Tranquility Gift Certificates are in a nice way to help support small businesses. If you purchase one during the remainder of March thru April 19th you’ll get 20% off your facial or waxing service. Also I’m hoping to start taking clients 4/20 unless directed otherwise. So please get your appointments booked in, we can always change the appointment if needed. Exciting News - Now Booking Appointments for November Hi Amazing Clients After 221 days I can officially... say I’m open. It’s been a very difficult and stressful time for all of us as we all try to navigate this new norm. Thank you to all the clients who have been so supportive during this crazy difficult time! Seeing you, and your product purchases, have helped me stay afloat and kept me sane and productive. I definitely would not still be here doing what I love to do if it wasn't for you That is why it makes me even more thankful to be able to provide a safe, clean space to pamper you and take you away from the daily stress of 2020!!! I have been waiting for this moment for a while now and have been preparing by putting in place all the safety protocols. Nikol Lira Skin Care Safety Protocols 1. I schedule extra time between each client so I have plenty of time to clean and to keep the waiting area free from other customers. I'm also only seeing a few clients each day. 2. I wear a medical mask the entire time and wash my hands constantly. I wear gloves and a shield when needed. 3. I use a Surround Air high-efficiency True HEPA filter air purifier that runs the entire treatment. I use an essential oil blend between each client that helps purify the air and defends against viruses, bacteria, fungus, and mold. 4. I make sure all touch surfaces are clean and I can open and close the front door for you. I provide my amazing smelling Jao Brand hand sanitizer for your use. Your health and mine are more important than anything to me! Customer Protocols 1. Wear a mask when entering, and if your treatment doesn't require you to remove it please leave it on during the treatment. If you are getting a facial, you remove your mask and I wear mine. 2. Please let me know ahead of time if you have possibly been exposed to anyone who might be sick, if you have been traveling, or attended an any event with numerous people. I'm happy to reschedule your appointment with no late cancelation fee. 3. Relax and enjoy your treatment!
