It’s time to pull back the curtain. Have you ever wondered how I manage Homeschooling 2 kids, Motherhood, Housewife-ing, hanging out on Social and helping Moms master their own mindset? Well, wonder no more! I’m about to break it down for you in 3 steps! . First, I forgive myself BEFORE chaos or imbalance ensues. By chaos, I mean those times where my pantry is overflowing with half opened bags of snacks, the laundry is piled up, we haven’t cracked open a single book, I give t...he kids frozen dinner because I have back to back coaching calls, and I haven’t posted anything on social media. Preemptive forgiveness is how I show myself Grace. . Next, I try to keep a dynamic list of my values and priorities and fall back on it when one aspect of life needs extra TLC. (Inside scoop: right now motherhood - aka my kids- need my attention!) This list is my safety net and helps me ground myself when I’m feeling lost or confused or overwhelmed. . Lastly, I refer to my life list which is an ongoing list of things I wholeheartedly want and can do, if I make time for them. For example, I always have at least one unread book on my shelf, some medium of creative work (I love watercolor) fully stocked, and a special journal for my poetry. When I’m feeling off balance, I make an intentional effort to incorporate a life list item into my daily schedule, to help find my happy medium again. This has a positive ripple effect on how I address other aspects of things I need to manage. . Would love to know how you manage your multiple roles! Drop it in the comments below. . +DOUBLE TAP+ if you’d like to see more content like this in the future! . . . . . . #celebratechildhood #selfhealers #cyclebreakers #consciousparenting #gentleparenting #innerchildhealing #liveyourtruth #positiveparentingtips #momlifeunfiltered #momlifebalance #celebratemotherhood #parentingishard #parentmindsetcoach #newmomstruggles #homeschoolmomlife See more

Wanna know a secret? . I recently said this to my past pre-Motherhood self and it felt amazing. . I felt empowered to know that it wasn’t just Motherhood that could or would define me, contrary to what I used to think.... . I am beyond grateful to be a Mother to my children now, but I am even more grateful to be a Mother to my own inner child first. . The ripple effect of this mindset shift has been a game-changer for me! . Can you relate? Let me know in the comments and tag someone who might resonate with this. . . . . . . . #celebratechildhood #selfhealers #cyclebreakers #consciousparenting #gentleparenting #innerchildhealing #liveyourtruth #positiveparentingtips #momlifeunfiltered #momlifebalance #celebratemotherhood #parentingishard #parentmindsetcoach #newmomstruggles #homeschoolmomlife See more

Happy Mother’s Day to my Mom! I love you forever. I like you for always. As long as I’m living, my Mommy you’ll be!

But let’s not stop there! . If there is a mutual willingness to save the relationship, then roll up those sleeves and get to work. . An unstable relationship needs TLC, assertion of boundaries, and self respect.... . BUT what if this was your relationship with YOURSELF? . That’s where reparenting ourselves can be the game changer to reach self love, self respect and a fresh perspective on life. It takes a lot to admit that the conversation needs to be had, but - and I speak from personal experience- IT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!!! . . . . . #reparenting #relationshipmatters #findyourself #selftalkmatters #conversationsthatmatter #celebratechildhood #selfhealers #cyclebreakers #consciousparenting #gentleparenting #innerchildhealing #liveyourtruth #positiveparentingtips #momlifeunfiltered #momlifebalance #celebratemotherhood #parentingishard #parentmindsetcoach #newmomstruggles #homeschoolmomlife See more

Have you ever felt BLINDED by your blessings? Kinda like the sun in my eyes blinding me from noticing my kid who wants to garden? I have! . I love homeschooling my kids, but working from home while homeschooling is quite the adventure friends! . My typical day includes everything from cuddles and cooperation to TV-schooling and tantrums. ... . But the toughest part is for me to stay relatively grounded, on time with meals, and an enforcer of all the things that are not negotiable. Add to that, trying to market my business, talk to clients, educate myself, and stick to my boundaries that are helping me achieve my goals. Woaaa Nelly! . Once in a while, I feel overwhelmed by all of this and have a tough time finding the next step on my path again. I feel BLINDED by all that is good, and then I feel like CRAP for feeling blinded by all that I should be grateful for. WHAAATT? . For the record, I am beyond grateful for what I have, but that doesn’t mean I can’t be real about my experiences. . What works for me in times like this, is to EMBRACE whatever is blinding me. I typically grab a journal and write everything that’s haphazardly floating around in my head. Just the act of putting pen to paper helps with the processing of the chaos, and neutralizes my emotions a little. Then I write a few questions or comments that I want to talk about with my personal Coach/Mentor, and I feel much better. . Have you ever felt this way? Drop a comment or tag a friend who might relate to this. . . . . . #blindedbythelight #celebratechildhood #thursdaytruth #selfhealers #cyclebreakers #consciousparenting #gentleparenting #innerchildhealing #liveyourtruth #positiveparentingtips #momlifeunfiltered #momlifebalance #celebratemotherhood #parentingishard #parentmindsetcoach #newmomstruggles #homeschoolmomlife See more

Looking for an excuse to throw in the towel on teaching long division to your homeschooler today? Here’s one: Today, I’m youtube-schooling my kids! WOOHOO! After watching them incorporate writing pros and cons, and measure every plushy in the room just to figure out who gets the princess crown, I’m more than ready to celebrate with a nice homemade double-shot Americano, while my kids watch Youtube videos about our newest state study. So CHEERS to that, friends! And Salud! Pr...oost! Salamati! Viva! Slainte! Da! Cin Cin! Skal!) Tell me, what’s in your cup to join me in celebrating this Thursday? . . . . . . #celebratechildhood #thursdaytruth #selfhealers #cyclebreakers #consciousparenting #gentleparenting #innerchildhealing #liveyourtruth #positiveparentingtips #momlifeunfiltered #momlifebalance #celebratemotherhood #parentingishard #parentmindsetcoach #newmomstruggles #homeschoolmomlife See more

I must admit I learned this the hard way, and sadly at the cost of impacting my child’s sense of self. I started homeschooling my daughter when she was 5: filled with questions, opinions, hugs, and tantrums. I was confused: stuck in the realm of expectations, comparisons, and judgment. It was a rough beginning. My reasons to homeschool were well-intended but my foundation was raw, unprocessed and unstable. We butted heads a lot, all while my 3yo daughter was observing and s...adly absorbing. I did not know much about reaching out to a Coach. In fact, I didn’t really understand what coaches do. I did know about mentors and luckily my path crossed with some unbelievably amazing homeschool Moms and teachers who became my role models. The number one lesson that I learned was that I needed to stop blaming my child and her abilities and instead focus on what tasks I was expecting her to complete. . What is a parenting or homeschooling lesson that you’ve learned in your journey so far? Calling all conscious Moms of little humans! Yes, I’m talking to YOU! I see you balancing your desperate need for sleep with your child’s need for extra cuddles. I see you juggling your career or side hustle with your children’s need for attention. I see you prioritizing your child’s mental health by taking an extended nature walk, and doing the laundry at your bedtime. You are seen...and you are doing amazing things. Continue to trust your motherly instincts, and the ...rest will fall into place. Here’s the shortest explanation of how I got to where I am today: I started from the top of what I thought society values, aka a lawyer; until I realized through Motherhood what society truly NEEDS! So now I’m HERE - an unapologetic NLP-trained Mindset and Life Purpose Coach, helping conscious parents do the inner self work that ultimately affects their child’s inner voice and sense of self. I am still helping people solve problems as I did in the legal world; except, now I’m... helping with the root cause of their issues, not the undesirable side effects. . What questions do you have about my business? I love sharing with you, so drop them below! . . . . . . #selfhealers #cyclebreakers #consciousparenting #gentleparenting #innerchildhealing #liveyourtruth #positiveparentingtips #momlifeunfiltered #momlifebalance #motherwound #parentingishard #parentmindsetcoach #newmomstruggles #homeschoolmomlife #wakeupandlive See more

What does the weekend mean to you? . Growing up, the weekend meant an escape from strict daily school routines and extracurricular activities. It also meant lots of sleeping in, waking up to Dad playing music in the house, and Mom getting her delicious stews brewing. .... Throughout law school, the weekend meant going to the library and hitting the books while the sun was shining outside. . As a business & law firm owner, the weekend meant catching up on my client case files. . As a new mom, the weekend meant catching up on home chores while hubby watched the kids. . As a new homeschool Mom, the weekend meant day trips with Daddy and the kids. . And now, the weekend means all of the above but in a healthy balance! I wake up later (7:30am), catch up on decluttering, study my books toward my 4th certification, send my accountability emails to my Mama clients, and try to get the whole family out of the house for a family day trip or something. . Where are you at now? What does the weekend mean to you? . . . . . #tgif_features #selfhealers #cyclebreakers #consciousparenting #gentleparenting #innerchildhealing #liveyourtruth #positiveparentingtips #momlifeunfiltered #momlifebalance #motherwound #parentingishard #parentmindsetcoach #newmomstruggles #homeschoolmomlife See more

If you had to describe childhood with one word, what would it be? . That word used to be Love for me. I felt that as long as there was unconditional love, my kids would turn out ok. . But that has changed with time, self reflection, observation, and experience.... . I had fallen into a place where I was over-parenting my daughters out of love and over-protecting because of love. . Funny enough I was internally doing the same to MYSELF! . Now my word is Growth. . Love is absolutely important but giving my kids room to Grow with all its challenges is my current approach to showing my Love. . And I’m applying the same approach to my personal development which is always a work in progress. . As always, my job is not to teach anyone how to parent their child - that’s for you to own. . My job is to help you adjust your mindset and your response systems, so that you too can read between the lines of your child’s needs and live your own life purpose. . (I don’t want to be insensitive to anyone with a clinical/medical diagnosis- and this post is not meant to replace seeking professional medical advice.) . . . . . . . #selfhealers #cyclebreakers #consciousparenting #gentleparenting #innerchildhealing #liveyourtruth #positiveparentingtips #momlifeunfiltered #momlifebalance #motherwound #parentingishard #parentmindsetcoach #newmomstruggles #homeschoolmomlife #growthquotes #growthisaprocess See more

Tantrum. Anger. Hitting. Biting...Bring it on because there’s always a valid underlying reason and yes a POSITIVE intention behind your child’s most challenging behavior. . When I pause to observe without judgment, I recognize a whole new language that my child is speaking to me through what may seem to be challenging behaviors. . It is my job as a parent to learn this language instead of alienate my child by reacting to it without processing. ... . As always, my job is not to teach anyone how to perfectly parent their child - that’s for you to own. . My job is to help you adjust your mindset and your response systems, so that you too can read between the lines of your child’s needs and wants. . (I don’t want to be insensitive to those children who are diagnosed with behavioral or mental health issues - and this post is not meant to replace seeking professional medical advice.) .
