Our honey-miso marinated spareribs. These get smoked and basted with more marinade and served on top a bowl of kimchi fried rice. Also using the kimchi that we make in house, no store bought ones for us! . . . Still taking orders for tomorrow and Saturday deliveries or pickup. We'll deliver all throughout Fresno with $5 fee. Pickup is located in Clovis near shaw and locan. Send us a message to put in your orders for ramen, spareribs, wontons or cookies.

TONKOTSU RAMEN! Finally decided to put this on the menu for the next two or 3 weeks. This is probably my most laboring broth to make yet. This cook for about 14 hours, and needs to be carefully watched so as to keep the milky white color. This bowl will be limited, only because of how much time it takes to make. So if you dont get any this week, you'll have to wait till next week. Of course, DM your orders for Friday or Saturday. Pick up and deliveries between 11am to 6pm

Menu for 9/18 - 9/19. Bringing back the green tea matcha cookies. No chili wontons this week, but will be back next week for sure. Last week for the tokyo shoyu ramen also, will be rolling into a miso ramen. Order through DM. Delivery or pickup for Friday and Saturday!

My new and improved oxtail ramen. Marinated the tails very lightly in chashu sauce. Used a double dashi for the broth with a big dash of white pepper with the oxtail broth to give a very flavorful soup. . . You guys were feeling the oxtail this weekend. I still have Tokyo shoyu bowls to sell for tomorrow. DM me!

Finally finished cooking the oxtails and got the milky broth. It came out thinner than I wanted but it's ok. It's getting a mix of dashi stock anyways. Marinating the tails in a mixture of the broth and some chashu marinade. . . . I still have about 4 bowls of oxtails left for this weekend and 4 creme brulee if anyone wants to satisfy that sweet tooth! DM me for an order!
