Hope all are well and staying safe! As of today we have decided to switch to window service only starting tomorrow. There will be a few distanced tables set out for those who wish to sit. We ask that you please wait until the tables and seats have been sanitized before taking a seat. Wait staff will be taking and delivering orders through our window only. Everything will be packaged for to go or paper plates and we ask our customers kindly to dispose of their trash in the tr...ash can in hopes to limit possible contamination. We are also working on going menu-less and using scannable bar codes instead. And of course please remember to wear your masks and remain socially distant. We believe as of now this is the safer option for our staff and customers. We will assess the situation and let you all know when we decide to switch to full service outdoor seating. To our Coronado Community. We are happy to report that we will be reopening in the morning to limited outside dining, take out and on-line orders. We will continue to have our employee who tested positive to home quarantine but will have our other employees who tested negative, open the cafe in the morning. We completed our sanitizing protocol and have reported to The San Diego Health Dept., all necessary information. Thank you all for your support! We are all in this together! Please make sure you wear your masks, at the window and until seated. Stay safe everybody.

To all our Friends/Patrons, I am sad to report that one of our staff members, has tested positive for Covid-19. We will be closed, starting today (Sunday, July 12) and will be notifying the San Diego County Health Department, as to what procedures need to be taken to safely re-open in the future. Thank you and be Safe.

Today is Silvia’s last day. She and her family are starting a new chapter in Texas. We are so thankful that the military brought her and her family into our small town and eventually through our doors 4 years ago. Since then she has continually brought spunk and laughter with each and every shift. And oh boy are we going to miss that contagious laugh of hers! We’ve so enjoyed watching her grow along the way. Though she will be missed we hope nothing but the best for her future in the lone star state. If you come by today make sure to give her your well wishes! Go get em Silvia! Thank you for everything! Y’all come back now to visit, hear?
