Real talk: it ain’t all a bed of roses, I’ll tell ya. Every once in a while we have a very challenging transaction and this was one of them. Despite 3 rounds of the buyer trying to cancel, being negotiated with up until literally the last moment (this morning) and a variety of other issues, We still managed to close this unicorn deal at an outrageously awesome value for our sellers.
