Real talk. The whole, I’m a REALTOR and I’m going to keep on keeping on, pandemic be damned sentiment is kinda lost on me. We’re essential, yes. But, not all real estate business is face-to-face essential and much of what I do can be adjusted in the spirit of staying home for the greater good.. . So, while the past 30 days has been anything BUT business as usual, I’ve been hard at work from the home front to keep my client’s purchases and sales together in the face of unpr...ecedented times. It hasn’t been easy to manage so many pivots and changes in the real estate and financial markets with my 2- and 4-year old co-workers never EVER EVER far from my side. However, I’m incredibly proud of my team, my partners and my clients for rising to the occasion and pressing on, even when the going is tough.. . Here’s a quick highlight reel of our recent quarantine hustle.. . 24336 Barbados // SOLD // our sellers entered escrow pre COVID-19 and by the time we hit the home stretch, lending was making everyone a little bit nervous. We were able to close escrow early and formulate creative solutions to ensure all parties were happy and healthy in their respective new homes.. . 26812 Via Llano // SOLD // hundreds of people and multiple offers before social distancing was a thing, we opened escrow and were able to negotiate additional time to secure a replacement property as shelter in place orders came down the pipeline.. . 8785 San Vicente // SOLD // a huge congratulations to our first time home buyer who reminded me of Lieutenant Dan in Forrest Gumpcharging fearlessly into the storm and making us laugh A LOT along the way.. . 32948 Avenida del Rosal // JUST LISTED FRIDAY + IN ESCROW MONDAY // do we list or do we wait, that is the Coronavirus question.
