Ailey Forward Virtual Season Due to the Pandemic, The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater has made their season available FOR FREE online. In the words of Artistic Director Robert Battle, "this season we look forward to joining with you on a journey of reinvention and reimagination that takes Ailey’s artistry to new heights with excellence, beauty, strength, hope, and love." Celebrating six decades of Revelations, the season will elevate Ailey’s legacy of innovation and ex...cellence with premieres, reinvented classics, interactive workshops, and a series of artist conversations. Question: What's the difference between a #Caregiver and a #CNA? Answer: Caregivers and CNA jobs have similar functions, but CNAs have more education which enables increased job functions. The Caregiver training is only 7 weeks, while the CNA is 7-12 months.... The starting pay for Caregivers and CNA is almost the same. CNA's may start out making $1-2 dollars more/hour than Caregivers, but can usually increase their pay higher than a Caregiver. Both jobs are in high demand, and therefore it's pretty easy to get as many work hours as desired. CNA jobs are more physically demanding than Caregiver jobs. Caregiver jobs provide care and comfort like CNAs, but without the medical assistance. If you want to become a CNA, but need to start working soon, becoming a Caregiver is a a great starting point.
