IT'S TOMORROW!!

BREAKING NEWS!! Laby Harmony Project of the New West Symphony classes are now "hybrid" with some students returning to in person instruction. This is especially exciting for students who, over the past year, have learnt to play a musical instrument wholly online (an incredible, but lonely, achievement!) and are now experiencing for the very first time the joy of making music with their fellow players actually sitting next to them.... OTHER HARMONY NEWS: The violins are back with 2nd Graders able to take violins home with them and 1st Graders starting their journey with paper violins (with strings!) before graduating to the real thing. The more senior students have been writing and producing a movie, "Flight Through Music History", featuring characters from musical history (complete with time machine!), and learning how to compose and make music digitally. And all age groups have worked on the "Ode to Joy" project creating a large virtual orchestra. And all this made possible by New West Symphony, their donors, and your generosity!!
