Howzit Hawaii! Our real estate club Ohana would like to congratulate Laka N Detta Manupuna on their first ever real estate acquisition in Honolulu!! Its unreal that they just started their Real Estate Investor Journey only 6 months ago, July 2019. ... A huge mahalo to Joel Bongco, Mary Ann Domingo Bongco and Andrew Boswell for their strong commitment to serve, and the depths that they went to for this to close and be possible. Mahalo as well to Cory Nemoto and Scott Rosenhaus with KECO Capital to finance this Fix & Flip project. Great job to Laka and Odetta, following the coaching from the Bongco’s and taking action!!
