Clients must call the office at (408)279-4247 upon arrival and wait in their vehicles until our office / styling staff advises them to enter. Doors will remain locked so please remember to call. 2. No one other than the client will be permitted to enter the facility. Waiting room will not be available for overflow of guests at this time. 3. Please reschedule your service appointment if you are experiencing flu symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, or runny nose. 4. Clients must wear a mask at all times while in the facility. We will not allow clients to enter the building without a mask. 5. No outside food or drinks will be permitted inside. 7. During the shampoo process, stylists will show clients how to keep wearing their mask. 8. Clients will be required to stay in their designated styling room at all times. We truly appreciate your patience during this unforeseen time. We understand it will take some getting used to,but it is our utmost priority to keep both our staff and clients safe.
