We need to learn to let Jesus out of our heads and into our hearts. Yesterday, Pastor Ryan Bogert shared on the 5 on the Enneagram, the Investigator. We looked at the journey of Nicodemus through the book of John as he transitions from a confused, overly analytical 5 to a generous, confident follower of Jesus. On his journey Nicodemus realizes that you cannot think your way into loving Jesus, and he learned to let Jesus out of his head and into his heart. Enneagram Type 8 Of all the personality types that get stereotyped, the Challenge/Protector is one of them. If there is a challenging task that needs to be accomplished, if there is a job everyone is avoiding, the Challenger is your person to get it down. The Challenger is driven by doing. While being wired to challenge and not accepting the status quo, the Protector steps up and presses forward to care for and stomp out injustice, bullies, oppressors of the less fortu...nate. Happy Monday! Yesterday, we continued our Perspectives series with Enneagram #6. The Loyalist reflect the faithfulness of God to humanity. They are some of the most faithful, sensitive, and caring friend you will have. The sermon helps us to understand and encourage our Loyalist friends so that they can be free from worry and rest in the Lord. Thank God for our Loyal Guardians - we shouldn’t leave home without one! The Loyalist bear the image of God particularly in their faithfulness, steadfastness, and loyalty, They anticipate life’s dangers.
