Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and we wanted to update you regarding changes at our clinic. We want to assure you that patient and staff safety during this healthcare crisis is our number one priority. We look forward to serving you and wanted to provide information on new processes for your next appointment. All changes to our office policies have been made in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local healt...h authorities: Our staff will ask a few screening questions before your scheduled appointment. We ask that only essential people accompany the patient to their medical visit to limit the number of people in the office at any given time. Some patients will be offered the option of a virtual visit utilizing our HIPPA compliant platform. Sneeze guards have been installed at the reception desk and our waiting room will no longer offer magazines and other items that are difficult to clean. You may be offered fewer scheduling options for your appointment to allow for physical distancing between patients. Please wear a face covering (young children and those with health conditions that preclude wearing a mask are exempted). We have increased cleaning frequency and implemented additional safety measures to assist with hindering the spread of COVID-19.
