Now vs 8 years ago I’ll never brew an IPA Julien said in 2012 as he brewed New Glory’s first batch of beer. Ambers, lagers, reds and porters filled the small batch system until the day he gave in and set out to prove to the masses that IPA’s do not always need to be bitter. He focused on bringing citrus and tropical notes to the forefront of these traditionally extra bitter ales. Today he brews a clear West Coast IPA marking 8 years of New Glory beers.
