Severely angled implants. Spacing was also a challenge. They were pre-existing implants so my doctor had no choice but to have us try our best. Told him there is no need to feel bad because we still get plenty of angled cases from other doctors. So we do this all the time! We fixed the angles using Custom Titanium Abutments. Pink porcelain shade wasn’t the greatest match (only had photos as a guide) but was not a huge concern since patient had a lower smile line. Both... doctor and patient was pleased with result.
