This Elite competition was no joke. All I can say is that I am grateful that I had that chance to compete against some really fit athletes this past weekend. It...’s definitely a learning experience for me and I can’t wait to grow from it. Many have requested this and it is finally here. NSA Bakery fitness class. This class has been in the works for over the past year and a half and we are excited to offer this class to you starting on 1/4/2021. NSA bakery is a structure fitness class that focuses primarily on the lower body, specifically targeting the legs (glutes), waist, and core (abs)! The programing is designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone those areas through constantly varied exercises, functional ...training, and conditioning. Feeling confident, embracing your curves, and having fun is what its all about. Spots are limited, so if you are interested, please message our Instagram or Facebook with your full name, contact number, and if you will be doing mornings or evenings to reserve your spot. First class is free. All levels are welcomed. Tag others that you feel would love to try out this class. You asked, we are delivering! This Saturday we will be hosting a 1 hour yoga session from 10:15am - 11:15am at NSA! This one will be FREE! Make sure to bring a yoga mat and a towel if you want for extra padding. We will be focusing on mobility, flexibility and body awareness which all will support your other fitness goals! Keeping our members as safe as possible is our number 1 priority! This past week our sanitation sprayer came in! We constantly used this through out the day to ensure cleanliness of our facility, inside and outside. Additionally, we have individual 2 oz chalk holders that are magnetic and stick to anything! Our members now have the opportunity to have their own to carry and use in our gym, so we are not putting many hands in a bucket sharing chalk. Lastly, to continue to educate our selves with Covid19, all our coaches completed the NFHS COVID19 certification for coaches. Another tool to help put safety measures in place for all our members. #NSA

Congrats to our two college student athletes @brittinwarne and @sierralebeauu who graduated from college this year! Brittin Warne - graduates from UC Davis with her degree in Biological sciences and plans to apply and attend sonography schools! Brittin was also part of the UC Davis gymnastics team. Sierra Lebeauu - graduates Fresno Pacific University with her Bachelors of science degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy. She plans on taking the single subject physical education credential program at FPU. Sierra was also part of the FPU girls volleyball team. #NSA
