Need-A-Tech 01.11.2020

5 Star: Mariana A. "My air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air. The previous owner had replaced the a/c unit 4 years ago. I called Need a tech HVAC and was impressed they were able to schedule an appointment the very next day. The technician was friendly and professional. He explained the findings and answered all my questions. He explained my unit had a leak and was low on freon. I was also informed my ducting was over 30 years old and would eventually need to be repl...aced. The technician administered dye to A/C unit and added freon. We managed to get through the next few days comfortably. The technician returned a few days later and was able to identify the location of the leak. He informed me the part was still under warranty and the part was ordered immediately. A week later the replacement part was installed and new ducting was replaced in my home. The ducting required extensive hours in the attic. I was worried of the mess this would cause inside my home. The technicians were very clean and professional. They covered every single vent and some furniture and covered my floors. They vacuumed the minimal dust that managed to settle and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed they left no trace they were ever there. My a/c now runs at its full potential and the proper air flow is evenly distributed through the entire house. I highly recommend them." http://bit.ly/2gGfbyM See more
