Meet our newest Project Manager, Jordie. She graduated cum laude with a BA in Communications from Vanguard University in 2015. Competitive at heart, Jordie has excelled in the fast-paced world of advertising and PR. Prior to joining the NDM team, she oversaw marketing efforts at the Outlets at San Clemente, where she managed grand opening events, social media campaigns, and media buys for more than 30 stores. A California native originally from Sacramento, Jordie spends her spare time watching basketball, football, and hockey especially when the Anaheim Ducks are on! Welcome to the team, Jordie!

We are excited to announce an addition to the NDM team, Kayla Melton. Kayla is a student at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. At NDM, Kayla hopes to help set our clients apart and communicate their brand to the public. As the Social Media Manager, Kayla will be curating posts and feedback for clients. In her free time, Kayla loves to stay active by going hiking, doing yoga, or working out in the gym. She also enjoys working on independent creative projects such as painting and writing. Meet the newest addition to the NDM team, Ashley Ima! Ashley is a recent Chapman graduate with a master’s in health and strategic communication. With her career, her personal mission is to improve the health of others through writing. Gladly, she gets to do just this as a Marketing Specialist at NDM! In her spare time, Ashley loves to go for long runs in the Back Bay, try different cookie recipes, and explore new foodie spots (see her Instagram @eatswithashley). Welcome to the team!

This week, we’d like to highlight Ryan Mose, as he is celebrating his sixth year at NDM today! Ryan is one of our creative graphic designers and also one of the nicest people you'll meet. He enjoys the work at NDM because it is purposeful, and especially likes learning how much a client fundraised or how supportive a community was at an event we worked on.
