Join us to celebrate Norm's 73rd birthday with a 73 mile ride. We will headout to Folsom via the South Canal Levee from our Elk Grove shop location. Once in Folsom, we will stop for a bite to eat and an adult refreshment to celebrate before we turn back. Join our @meetup page to RSVP! Meet at 8:00am and we will leave at 8:15am. Helmets are Required. We’ll ride at a pace of 14-16 MPH. Most of the roads on our course will have bike lanes and bike paths. Bike shop will have any last minute needs. Flat tires are part of this game, so please come prepared with spare tube(s), and tool kits (Tire Levers, Pumps/CO2 cartridges etc.). We will stop, and assist with mechanical problems as best we can. Also, come prepared to hydrate yourself as we ride, with fluids of your choice.

Had a great ride around Granite Bay today, put in 11 to 14 miles depending on where you parked. Did some skill building as well. Looking forward to more!

We’ll ride for approximately 30 miles at a pace of 16-18 MPH, Most of the roads on our course will have bike lanes and bike paths. Bike shop will have any last minute needs. Flat tires are part of this game, so please come prepared with spare tube(s), and tool kits (Tire Levers, Pumps/CO2 cartridges etc.). We will stop, and assist with mechanical problems as best we can. Also, come prepared to hydrate yourself as we ride, with fluids of your choice (1 or 2 bottles) depending on your needs, as weather should be warm. Proper hydration prevents cramps! Our ride this last weekend was quite pleasant! Laid back cruise around the @cityofeg Regional Park. We kept social distance where needed, but got to enjoy time with people on two wheels!
