Legend has is that Mahonia repens is actually made of 50% rainbows and 60% fall color...true story. Perfect for the dry shade, the foliage on this evergreen (though rarely just green!) ground cover is a show stopper year round. And if that wasn't enough, it also has yellow flowers in the winter followed by blue/purple fruit.
