So many reasons to celebrate today. One of my favorite past foreign students from Japan, Fumiko, just had a baby girl. We also just received news that we will be working on a HUGE collection for a private collector in June, my garden at home is producing tons of results already, and one of my favorite aunts is in town to visit. Gosh, I'm feeling so grateful and blessed that things are going well with business and thankful for our customers who were patience with us as we jou...rneyed through the COVID with all the changes and delays. I’ll always remember watching the wedding of Princess Di and thinking how fantastic her gown was. Wishing that I could wrap that silk all around my body. Knowing the quality of silk and workmanship was simply incredible. After seeing the dress on display many years ago, I’ll never forget how I felt. This post contains sad news. It is with deep sadness that our family announces our freind Vicky Lee has passed away. Vicky was a talented actress and even stepped in to help us when we made our company video. She brought such joy and love into our space and we will miss her. We are so blessed to have the kindest customers who are super creative and talented too. Our customer Jessica brought in a gown that was super fun and made of several textile types that really reflected her artist eye. Somthing different from the norm.
