Hello everyone ! Just a new reminder for future COLOR appointments and Services $50 or more. In the last week I have had 4 cancellations the day of their appts.... I had already spent time, gas and $ on product that is non refundable for these appts. I need everyone to understand that it needs to be fair. It's very frustrating for me to make time to prepare for these appointments to be left with a LAST MINUTE cancellation. I am a wife & mother so I know things come up, that things happen but I need a 48 hour cancellation notice. Also there will be a limit of cancellations per client. After 3 last minute cancellations (less than 48 hrs.) , I will no longer be able to continue services for that individual. Some exceptions will require a higher deposit ( 50% ) or pay in full before appointments. ~ FOR NOW ALL COLOR APPTS. WILL REQUIRE A $20 DEPOSIT~ THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE USED TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE IF IT IS KEPT. DEPOSITS ARE DUE BEFORE 48 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENTS.
