WERE STILL OPEN AND TRAINING UNTIL TOLD OTHERWISE .. We are using precautions making sure our facility is EXTREMELY clean an sanitary . We ask that no children or elderly arrive during adult training hours . We encourage you to stay home if you are ill, but to utilize your paid membership at NFS until we are told otherwise .. Small kids class yesterday but still an awesome turn out ! Both our Adult and Kids mma programs are still up and running ! Come train tonight ! Team Run at 6:30pm, followed by kickboxing from 7-8, then BJJ/grappling from 8-9pm .. Our facility is extremely clean and our classes do not exceed 25 people .. Come train !

We are still open for business and encourage everyone to stay calm and try and continue your normal routines .. Stay clean wash your hands and nourish your body with good nutrition and fuel your body with things that will strengthen your immune system .. In memory of Nick Christ class will be cancelled tonight at the academy .... Life is filled with beauty but sometimes beauty and life at its end is heartbreaking .. We at Napa Fight Sports can only hope to find instructors and mentors to guide our students half as well as Nick Christ did .. We love you Nick .. regular schedules classes resume next week . See you at Sunday open mat from 10am -12pm !
