Happy Fall! Today doesn't really feel like fall and what's falling is ash. Once again our beautiful Sonoma is on fire. This year has been really strange and I found that I am feeling even more inspired to decorate, make fall soups and pumpkin bread. The last couple of years my kids weren't as into decorating and I think I didn't even drag the boxes out last year. However, I am really craving to have some normalcy and enjoy the seasons changing even if it just decorating. ... Its more important than ever for us all to try and bring small joys into our life and definitely try to get some self care in. Self care can even be drinking refreshing water and staying extra hydrated. Another fun quick thing to do and boost your mood is a face mask.
