What a creative way to incorporate our keto vegan cookies. @nanascookiecompany can make for a fun spooky treat for this Halloween. @keto_huntress @ketomommymell had me craving dirt cups. So I made little graveyards with my kids. I used @simplydelishnatural chocolate pudding and mixed it with @nutpods pumpkin creamer. I tried: Chocolate Chip Lemon Snickerdoodle Lemon and Blueberry They are all gluten, dairy free and vegan with no preservatives and are completely plant based . I don't think I've ever had cookies that have had so much flavour! The lemon blueberry ones are , not like any other cookie flavour I've ever had! I've also never tried a snickerdoodle before which was very cinammon-y and made me feel very autumnal . So let’s get real for a minute. Before I started the postpartum chapter of my keto journey; I put on a significant amount of weight during the holidays after my son was born. I must have made about 12 dozen cookies as gifts, and eaten at least 4 dozen to myself...with a cup of milk EVERY time! I me...an who doesn’t love a good cookie and milk combo, am I right? These are vegan and keto friendly cookies. 3 cookies is 2 net carbs for either flavor. You can see size reference in my hand. They do have flax seeds in them and you can taste that. They are a crunchy dry cookie. Both cookies are good and definitely more of flax taste in both so if that’s not your thing these won’t be for you.... Seems like @beautyandthefeastofficial can’t get enough of our Lemon Blueberry. ?! Yep. You read that right. These cute little cookies are from @nanascookiecompany... I was very kindly gifted these treats in four different flavours: Now usually anything chocolate chip is a winner in my book, these are no exception! Super soft and deliciously chocolatey - I honestly couldn't tell the difference from non vegan cookies! Delicious! However, my absolute favourite in this line up was the Snickerdoodle! I've never tried a Snickerdoodle, and now I have, it's blown my mind!!! So tasty! A sweet, soft cookie with a cinnamon vanilla flavor to it. Almost tasted like a autumnal treat! The smell alone had me salivating The final two flavours were very similar, the lemon flavor certainly packs a punch. The cookie itself has the same texture as the others, soft and sweet. The dried blueberries in the cookie gave me fresh muffin vibes.
