We'll be conducting mystery shops for concerts, sporting and special events. Advanced Feedback is currently looking for experienced mystery shoppers to conduct evaluations of the car sales presentation (entire sales process including website inquiry, phone contact, and onsite sales presentation with a test drive - you will be leaving BEFORE the credit check process). Shop must happen any day between now and Saturday close. We need the report completed by Sunday September 11th. You will be required to write a full length detailed narrative-style summar...y of your interactions and observations. If interested, please: 1. Make sure your certifications are complete (score above 80%) 2. Apply in Shop Metrics (http://advancedfeedback.shopmetrics.com/) 3. Include when you can do the shop and whether you have conducted car sales shops previously in your application comment field. Your time at the Dealership will probably be around 45 minutes. You will take a test drive and go through the sales process (leaving before any credit check occurs).

This is an express wash where the shopper will remain at the driver’s seat throughout the interaction (greeting, payment and through the tunnel).
