As Lordon Management starts ‘decking the halls’ of its offices for the holidays, we want to wish YOU a happy and joyful holiday season as well. No matter what holiday you celebrate (or don’t!), we hope these last few weeks of 2020 are full of love, laughter, and happiness for you and your families. At Lordon Management, home starts here and if we have to stay ‘home’ for the holidays this year, we plan on decorating just as much as we can!

Hello everyone! We have some exciting news to deliver, our Lordon Family is growing! This month we would like to welcome our newest communities Park Springs, Pinewood and La Rochelle. Welcome to our Team and we are looking forward to a long and happy relationship with you.

Lordon’s team is proud that they have been able to serve you as an essential business during Covid-19. We want to partner with you to continue to improve your community and keep it safe together. We have heard from so many current clients, members and potential clients about how strong our response has been for our association’s during these challenging times. It is our goal and commitment to keep being a leader in our industry and the efforts to maintain communities with... a positive impact and a friendly approach. We wanted to spotlight our team members so you can get to know the person behind the voice. Our first spotlight is Jennifer Schwartz who has worked for Lordon Management for 20 years and is the assistant to the Vice President. She is here to assist in many aspects and loves to help with our technology and programs. As a new community Jennifer conducts our transitions and setting up new clients and boards in our online portal systems. Jennifer told us You have to love what you do or look for the best in every situation. Besides my family and my boys, I love working for Lordon as this company is like a family to me. We started in 1966 and the owners are wonderful to work for as well as our team. One of my favorite parts of my job is transitioning a community to our management. I love showing new clients what we have to offer such as websites, Portals, software and more. I truly value the relationships we have made throughout the years be it board members, owners or vendors we are all trying to achieve the same goals for a better community. Good Morning to our valued clients and community members. Our goal has been to keep all of you as updated as possible during Covid-19 as to how this will impact the individual associations that we manage so we can operate safer together. Yesterday, July 13, 2020, Governor Gavin Newsom ordered a halt to indoor activities at certain businesses statewide as cases of coronavirus increase in California. His announcement included all bars across the state closing and all resta...urants, wineries, tasting rooms, family entertainment centers, zoos, museums and card rooms must suspend indoor activities. Also included in his announcement, all gyms, places or worship, malls, personal care services, barbershops, salons, and non-critical offices in counties on the state’s monitoring list have to shut down. We will be monitoring any new announcements regarding public pools, including HOA community pools, but as of today nothing has indicated a specific change to outdoor facilities. We will certainly continue to notify you when we hear more regarding the changes and announcements to common area amenities or meetings for HOA’s.
