On Friday, MLD honored both Jody Snider and Scott Hulsey for 20 Years of Service with the company. Both received a recognition award presented by Jill and Kirk Bettencourt. Thank you Jody and Scott! Additionally, Sean Horner, V.P. of Tech Trans, was in attendance to present MLD with its own recognition award celebrating our 20 Year Partnership with Tech Trans! Sean sponsored Chipotle Lunch for the entire MLD Team. Thank you to both Sean Horner and Tech Trans!

Last Friday we celebrated Scott & Dana’s birthday. We had 2 cakes a raspberry ruble cake and mocha madness cake. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SCOTT & DANA!!

Today we celebrated Jody & Annie's collective 85th birthday! We sang happy birthday and enjoyed a Strawberry Delight cake with strawberry ice cream. Happy Birthday to the both of you!!

Today is Amanda's birthday and tomorrow is Corynn's birthday so we celebrated by having an MLD favorite-strawberry delight cake- & ice cream. Happy Birthday Amanda & Corynn! Hope you both have a great day!

We coordinated & managed a shipment of a high-end cooking range and cabinets that was picked up in San Francisco, CA, for delivery on Friday in Chicago, IL. We contracted our best delivery agent in the Chicago area, Veracity Logistics - who we have maintained a strong business relationship with throughout the years - to perform this delivery for us. The delivery required a boom crane truck because the crate was wider than the width of the staircase (as seen pictured) and co...uld not be safely carried up the stairs. The crate containing the cooking range had to be carefully lifted by the boom crane to the second floor. After it was brought to the second floor, the 4 men brought the freight inside, placed it in the customer’s room of choice, uncrated the freight, and removed the debris from the delivery site. The service that was performed is called a White Glove Delivery. The shipment took over a month of planning and communication between us, the customer, our delivery agent, and the owner of the boom crane truck. It also required a site survey prior to delivery to determine exactly what was needed to get this successfully delivered. We celebrated Melinda's 1st birthday at MLD by eating chocolate champagne cake and chocolate chip ice cream. We hope you had a great day, Melinda!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

NEW MLD STICKY NOTE PADS HAVE ARRIVED! If your MLD sticky note pad is down to the last few sticky notes, you’re in luck! These sticky note pads proudly display the MLD logo, measure 3.5 x 3.5 x 4.25, and are stacked on a mini pallet. When used properly, they can make most desktops and work areas appear more productive. Today we celebrated Joaquin's birthday with Strawberry Delight cake. Happy birthday, Joaquin! Hope you had a wonderful birthday!

At the close of 2018, long time team member Julie Trotta left MLD with plans to move to Ohio to pursue other opportunities. Since 1995, Julie has been a team player and "jack of all trades" at MyLogisticsDept. Her positive attitude was contagious in the office. We will miss her so much and wish her the best of luck in Ohio. Good luck on your new adventure, Julie!

Today, the MLD Team held a Ugly Sweater Contest and Luncheon. The group is pictured here in their festive sweaters. Jody took the first place prize while Nena came in second. Congratulations to both! Merry Christmas from MLD!

The RATE QUOTE button can be found in the upper right-hand corner of our home page. To use it, you don’t have to log in! Yesterday was Shannan's 2nd day at MLD and was also her birthday! We had raspberry cake and sang to her. Welcome to the team, Shannan! We hope you had a wonderful birthday!
