California Arbor Week is March 7-14! This annual event sponsored by California ReLeaf works to unite cities, businesses, and individuals to educate Californians on the value trees provide to building successful, healthy cities and neighborhoods. An important message every day of the year, March 7-14 is a chance for Californians of all ages to celebrate our natural wonders and most treasured resources together. Canopy is getting into the Arbor Week spirit, and we have a full week of activities planned to celebrate!

Accepting applications on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
Another Tree Lighting Ceremony success. Happy Holidays!
New City Hall tree is in.
We have a new holiday tree.
The hole for the new tree has been dug. Had to bring out the stump grinder. The remaining stump and roots fought us and the backhoe. It took longer than expected and we hauled 16 yards of grinding and dirt but we are ready for the new tree on Tuesday.
The City Hall Plaza Cedar Tree has been removed to allow a new healthy living tree to take its place. Sad to see it go. I cared for the tree for ten years.
