It is with deep sadness that we share this news. Ralph was a coach through the league many years ago. We offer our deepest condolences to the Heraldez family.
Mr. Yirka is a grandparent of one of the players in the league and is hosting a fundraiser to help out the league. We thank him and all involved for helping out the league.
Come one, come all! Bring your weed wacker and gardening tools.
Congratulations to all 2020 Raffle winners! We thank you for your support.
Hello Baseball and Softball Families, Due to the ongoing pandemic of Covid-19, we have decided to cancel our Spring 2020 season out of abundance of safety of our players and families. An email has been sent out to all players detailing the cancellation. Please contact [email protected] for any questions or concerns. Also as a reminder, all Baseball/softball fields are closed in the City of Moreno Valley until further notice.
Dear Players and Parents: As you know, the nation is still dealing with the spread of the COVID -19 virus. This has impacted us on many levels. There have been many changes, and I wanted to fill you in on where we stand today. There have been several news reports and announcements by government officials regarding the reopening of the state. We are currently in Stage 2 and have seen the opening of restaurants and other facilities. Our return to play is projected in Stage 3 or... when city officials, and the CDC allow us to restart. We are monitoring the situation and are putting a plan together to restart our season once we are given the OK. Our intent is to play a full season when we do get notice. Our league will have some work to do to help our players and families stay safe, and the game as we know it may look a little different. Reminder, many city facilities remain closed, such as Morrison Park, we do not have a reopening date at this time, but we will inform everyone when that happens. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope to see you on the field soon. Larry Baisden President Moreno Valley PONY Baseball & Softball

****Important Update**** Dear Players and Parents, As you know, the nation is dealing with the spread of the COVID -19 virus. This has impacted us on many levels. Earlier this month I sent a letter to all of you explaining that we would be suspending play until April 1st. There have been many changes since then and I wanted to fill you in on where we stand today.... The City has closed all parks and school fields to use until April 20th. Although this date may change, we are planning to restart the season effective then. We are putting together a plan to address items such as fundraising, sponsorship, etc. We will publish these as we approach April 20. Please be patient and understand that this date may change as well, given the severity of the situation. Hope to see you on the field soon.
