We are so saddened to hear of the unexpected passing of Los Angeles’ great Tom LaBonge. As "Mr. Los Angeles" Tom was instrumental in unleashing the full potential of this city and the Angelenos whom he represented over the years. After a brief, or lengthy, conversation with Tom, one always felt inspired to do something good. Whether it be helping to revitalize Griffith Park or welcoming a Mariachi band into Musso’s and leading the entire restaurant in singing happy birthday t...o the late Ruben Rueda, Tom always brought a light and warmth everywhere he went. My wife Tina and I along with the entire team at Musso’s have the deepest condolences for Tom’s family and we remain at their service. We are so saddened to hear about long established businesses here in LA having to close their doors. We must rally behind them and support them as much as we can. We have NO doubt we will see you all on the other side of this pandemic but please do what you can to support these small businesses open right now and struggling. They need us now more than ever!
