How often do you see the oil and gas industry, National Wildlife Federation and the National Audubon Society all support the same legislation? Rarely. It appears to be the case with respect to the federal USE IT Act which would accelerate research on technologies that pull carbon dioxide from the ambient air and store it underground or in commercial products, including steel and other building materials.
