Taiko Center of Los Angeles dances to the beat of their own drum! Catch them in collaboration with Charlotte Smith at the West Hollywood Dance Festival! Tickets here: multiplexdance.org/whdf The Taiko Center of Los Angeles was founded by Rev. Tom Kurai in 1996. Rev. Kurai has been performing and teaching taiko since 1975. The performing ensemble is Satori Daiko, and the Taiko Center of LA Ensemble. Currently there are 16 performing members and 60 students studying in TCLA classes.
