Kids muay thai class starts at 3:45pm-5:00pm.. . Adult/teens muay thai starts at 5:15pm-6:30pm!!! . Bring workout/training shoes & plenty of water!!!

Tuesday: Adult/teen muay thai class starts at 5:15-6:30pm. Dont forget to bring comfortable workout shoes and bring extra water!!! If you have shin guards dont bring them!!!

Kids class starts at 3:45-5:00pm and adult/teens class starts at 5:15-6:30pm bring running shoes and watee!!!

TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!!! . . Monday 5:15pm-6:30pm adult class working on basic hand combos and elbows!!! Partners take turns holding pads for each other. @ Muay Thai Lao

Tuesday 6:45-8:00pm adult/teens muay thai class all geared up and working on basic defense and counter drills!!! @ Muay Thai Lao

Tuesday 10:30am-11:45 class working on defense drills!!!! @ Muay Thai Lao
