Mt Hope Bible Camp

Good Evening Mt Hope Family, We wanted to share this link with you all. Mickie has been a part of our Mt Hope team for a few years now. During her participation at a Mt Hope Women’s Retreat one year, Mickie came up to me and said she was feeling led to volunteer to help out with office work at Mt Hope. She dedicated at least one day a week for the last few years to drive over and help us out in our office management. Mickie was a key contributor in putting our office back in... order after our office fire as well! Seaweed has also done many days of volunteer work and handiwork around camp. We love Mickie and Seaweed and we are so happy that they are safe, but we are grieving with them at the loss of their home. Please be in prayer with them as they restart their lives and if you feel led to help them out in anyway it would be a tremendous blessing to them. This was definitely not the summer we had planned for, but God continued to do great work through Mt Hope!! We had the opportunity to do a small version of our Summer Missionary Program and we were so blessed by each student that participated!! We had a lot of extra time to put into daily Bible Studies and discussion, we were able to do some service projects, upkeep projects around camp and serve some families that came to have a getaway at Mt Hope!! We want to say a huge th...ank you to everyone who supported our summer missionaries!! We are so thankful for our partnership with you, for your dedication to your ministry and your faithfulness in coming to Mt Hope for so many years! Mt Hope has a special place for you in our hearts! We will miss your smiling faces and the energy you bring with you to camp! We will miss hearing the ministry being done in the chapel and seeing small groups of students and leaders sitting around camp discussing God’...s Word. We will miss doing ministry with you!! Throughout this week we will be praying for you to find opportunities to share the love of Jesus with those around you. We will pray for your students to be encouraged and lift one another up. We have missed hearing the stories from your intense games of underground church. We have missed hearing the sound of worship songs coming from the chapel and hearing the stories of lives being transformed by the power of the gospel. We miss working and doing ministry along side you!! We will pray for your team to have opportunities to share the love of Jesus with those around you.
