Recently, OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) approved this underground 10,000-gallon hydropneumatic water storage tank that will serve as a 3-day emergency water storage and supply for the new Palomar Medical Center wing expansion in Escondido. This is the 2nd water storage system of this nature to be approved by OSHPD in the State that does not require treatment because of the constant inflow of freshwater. MSA would like to welcome our newest team member, Rod Allen! Rod joins MSA as a Senior Survey Technician with 25 years of experience in surveying and will be responsible for preparing ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Final Maps, Record of Surveys, and many other important survey documents.

With the addition of the Leica GS16 to our Survey base stations, we now can access all three major satellite systems and over 20 satellites at a given time (GNSS). GNSS is user-friendly and quick to set up, providing more time for survey work. Bottom line: Field Survey work is performed more efficiently, more accurately, and provides the Design Team a seamless transition of field information, which is the vital foundation to all projects.
