This means that if no new homes were listed today, and the current rate of buying continued at the same pace; we would have no homes left after 24 days!... Median sales price +28% above May of last year! San Diegans have voted and the city will begin enforcing the new short term rental ordinance July 1, 2022. Mostly affecting whole-home rentals, like #airbnb and #vrbo Licenses can only be obtained through a lottery. Only 1% of the cities housing stock will be allowed licenses, this equates to approximately 5,400 licenses. Currently it’s estimated that about 14,700 are operating....
