Alice - THANK YOU! We love your dogs! "My 2 Coton de Tulears, Baci and Bella, have been going to Froy since they were small puppies. Baci is 3.5 and Bella is 2 yrs old now. Froy is so gentle and reassuring to my fur babies. Bella is an anxious dog and any situation stresses her out. Froy gets them done quickly and they always look wonderful. As the new owner of Mr. John's, Oakland has received a jewel of a groomer! I drive 40 min each way once a month which is totally craz...y except no one grooms my babies like Froy! Both of my dogs get puppy cuts. Their personal areas are always trimmed which keeps them cleaner. Their nails are cut perfectly. And they smell amazing! If Froy isn't familiar with how you like your dogs trimmed please take a picture with you for him to keep for reference rather than getting upset that it wasn't done right. I have a 12 lbs Maltese and have been taking him to Froi for 5 years, and I am happy every single time. He listen what I want and do a great job. He always accommodates my schedule, and gives me an appointment within a week. I drop my dog there and pick him up on time. I love that because he does not need to sit in a cage. Gavin was a puppy mill rescue and has some issues with strangers. He's never mean, but he's fearful. The groomers at Mr. John's always are kind and patient with Gavin. The new groomer, Froy, went out of his way for Gavin's grooming today. Gavin is getting older and has a few health issues.
