Beware of those cheap cut rate prices. Generally you get what you pay for and the results are worse than before the cleaning.

Not all spots are created equal. Most spots are protein or organic based and usually come out easily. Other spots such as coffee, hair dye, finger nail polish, or petroleum based are more difficult to remove and will not come out with a regular cleaning.

Just an FYI, if your looking to get your tile cleaned and have someone come out to do an estimate. Be sure that they actually do measurements to give an honest quote. I met some really super nice people today who were given a $500.00 quote for tile cleaning at $1.00 a square ft. The person from that well known yellow van steamers company eye balled the area and quoted 500 square ft. I went out and measured, it came out to 396 square ft. So beware folks. Just because its a name brand company they’ll rip you off in a heart beat too.
