This one was specifically for the neck and shoulders. I experience a lot of neck and should pain and wasn't sure if self massage would do the trick, but was pleasantly surprised how much I could do on my own to feel more open, pain free, and relaxed! It was great to be able to take a break from the work day and focus on some self care. I learned simple techniques from Alexis that I use almost everyday! I felt really great after our session and I feel better about having tools to address my pain and discomfort on my own. It's nice to have privacy and the option to turn the camera off.
