Frankie, Johnnie and memory care too? The owners of #MountainView's popular Frankie, Johnnie and Luigi Too plan to tear down the distinctive Italian restaurant and build a three-story structure with an eatery on the bottom and the top two floors for a care facility for Alzheimer's and dementia patients.
