To kick off the celebration of Older Americans Month in May, the Bay Area Older Adult Recreation Services (OARS) committee has organized a special presentation by Doug McConnell on Thursday, May 6 at 10 a.m. Doug will highlight the power of "Time in Nature" to help us build resilience and strength over the course of our lives.
