3485 head this week. Very disjointed market. Front end cattle under 725# sold very well. Cattle over that followed the ridiculous corn market explosion and wer...e down $5-$8. Corn price also drove plain and off quality cattle down $10-$25. Lots of buyer action on those mid weight calves out of quality bulls with good vaccine program behind them. Pairs and bred cows remain tough. Did have one fancy pen of young pairs from Ted Drennen bring $1500 though.
