Happy Holidays to all! As we wrap up our preparations for selling or renting the building, we ran across a horde of T-Shirts! Mostly kids sizes and adults 2x and 3x. marking them down to $10 if anyone wants one! We also have window decals/bumper stickers and patches! All will be collectors items now!

I have 33 mats still for sale. Deep discount for buying all! This weekend will be (Hopefully) our final rummage sale! We have decided against taking almost anything with us, so have pretty much refilled the Dojo again with more sale items!

I still have Mats for sale! Not tons, but enough... Also is there anyone out there who can help me with an xfinity router issue? Nothing makes me want to do Jujitsu like Comcast customer service!

Commercial building hits the Market on Friday for $355,000. Which is $450,00-$500,000. LESS than we paid for it/put into it.... oooofff. Somebody is getting a steal....
