After the birth of a baby, most couples experience a significant drop in happiness, and satisfaction with their partner. But it doesn’t have to be that way. By focusing on strengthening their friendship and practicing gentle kindness with each other, couples can make their marriages even better than before baby arrived.

Happy Mother’s Day to mommies everywhere! Most of us can’t hug our own moms this year, but they still know we love them!

Following the Yolo County Health Department recommendation to avoid non-essential gatherings, the New Parent Support Group will suspend our weekly meetings until further notice. I will miss seeing you all and will look forward to resuming group as soon as it is safe to do so. Meanwhile, I will be thinking about you all and hoping that you stay well.
