Meet Bart. Bart competed his whole life, from Nations Cups to puissances to grand prixes all of the world... he began his career as a youngster and finally retired at the age of 19. A few months ago, we brought him out of his pasture (where he lives with Karrie Rufer’s other jumper, Brad) to see how he’s feeling. Now almost 21, we were pleasantly surprised to see that he’s as fresh and sound as ever. With proper care, facilities, nutrition, and love, older horses can truly enjoy retirement at our facility.
