We were honored to join Skid Row Housing Trust and Koning Eizenberg this past week for the FLOR 401 Lofts virtual grand opening event, featuring Morley Builders' Vice President, Mike Stone. This affordable housing complex is targeting LEED Platinum certification and provides permanent supportive housing for veterans experiencing homelessness and low income households. Congratulations to the entire project team on the completion of this incredible project for our Los Angeles community!

Our concrete team has been busy at LAX, completing the final concrete pour at the United Airlines Hangar project! Morley is providing concrete subcontracting services for the 400,000 sf aircraft maintenance hangar and ground service equipment facility, part of United's new Technical Operations Center at LAX. Congrats to the team and keep up the hard work!

We’re proud to have our work on UC Irvine Plaza Verde recognized at two of the National Association of Home Builders awards events! The student housing project took home the Silver Award in the Best Multifamily: Student Housing, Large Scale category at the Best in American Living Awards and the Gold Award in the Best in Green Market Rate Multifamily Community category at the Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards. Congratulations to all the teams who contributed to the success of this project, including developer American Campus Communities, architect KTGY Architecture + Planning, and interior designer Creative Resource Associates!
