Notice for our Customers: Updated: We are happy to inform you that we are open for pet parents to come into our hospital with pets, in response to request from many customers who wanted us to open soon.We have missed meeting you in person for a while. Here is our current opening protocol to make sure every customer gets a positive experience and every patient gets best possible care. If you have a scheduled appointment for your pet’s examinations, you are welcome to come into... the building and be with your pet during the examination. However , you are not required to come in, if you don’t want to or if you have errands to finish or want to rest at home while pet is getting treated. Your pet is in good hands. There is no boarding fee for healthy pet’s dropped off for routine health exams or immunization. You are welcome to drop off pets and pickup after we call you when treatment is completed. FACE MASKS are required in the building at this time until further notice. We are short of staff and there will be unexpected waiting times and delays in the service for next few weeks. In case of delay, we will try our best to inform you and recommend you to drop off the pet and go home instead of extended waiting in exam room or parking lot. In such situations you are welcome to reschedule the appointment OR drop off the pet for treatment and pick up after we call you. Hand sanitizers and antiseptic wipes are available for everyone who wishes to use them. We are excited to meet you. Our goal is to help every one of our customers with first priority to care of patients who are not feeling well. We prefer only pet parents who have scheduled appointments to come into the building, to avoid overcrowding and delay in patient care. For pet parents who want to come for something simple such as purchase pet food , flea medicine etc, our staff will charge you in advance over the phone, make sure your items are ready for pick up and call you to give you specific time to come, so that you don’t have to wait in line outside in hot weather. When our schedule is full, all squeezed in emergency patients will need to be dropped of for exam/treatment and picked up at designated time. Anyone who does not want to drop off emergency patient and prefers to take the patient to emergency , we recommend you can go to pet emergency called SAGE, in Campbell. If you are here for tech appointments only like nail trims etc, techs will take your pet from you and bring the pet back to you in reception area,without need for you to be in exam room. if you have general questions for the doctor at any time except for exam appointment, staff will notify the doctor about your questions. so that doctor can call you at later time when possible to make sure the patient care is not interrupted. Dear customers, we have received your messages about dental discount request this year. We will be running dental special from December 20-February 2021. This discount is restricted only to pet’s of our established customers as a token of gratitude for their ongoing continued trust in us during this difficult time of Covid-19. Dear Clients, We are not boarding pets temporarily until covid is over.However, If you are affected from fire related evacuation and need help with your pets, we will help you with boarding. We will be accepting the pet, food, leash or carrier. Please do not bring any clothing or soft toys. Small pets must be in carrier and larger dogs on leash. We do not accept pet from your arms due to Covid reasons to keep social distancing. Prior to bringing the pet, please wipe the pet with wet towel and dry with dry towel. If bath is necessary, we offer waterless shampoo bath at small fee. Pkease come with face mask ad it is county’s requirement now. Hope the fires end soon. We are always here for you. Covid precaution policy during pet’s appointments during Coronavirus pandemic: We are here to help your loved pets in need, while keeping you and us safe. When you being your pet fir treatment. please stay in your vehicle until you get called by our staff to bring the pet to the door. Have a mask on you and keep 6 feet from others including from our staff. All cats and small dogs which can fit in a cat carrier should be brought in closed carriers. Leave the carrier 6 feet a...way from the staff for them to take it from there. All larger dogs who don’t fit in carriers must be brought on leash. We do not accept any pet loose from owner’s arms for best interest of pet owners and our staff. If there is by chance extended waiting time for care of a pet that needs outpatient care and you do not want to wait in your car, you are welcome to drop off the pet at no boarding charge until treatment is finished and we call you for pick up . Dear pet parents of our patients,we will be closed tomorrow (saturday) on 3/28/20 to give our staff some rest for one day. We will resume normal work hours on Monday (day after tomorrow).
