Anyone who has ever attended a class here at CFM has already felt this and experienced the incredible community here. If you didn’t know, we want you to know that you ARE welcome here! Everyone regardless of age, race, background, ability, gender, orientation, or literally any other descriptor you can think of is invited and welcome to join this amazing community of people devoted to bettering themselves, getting fit, and getting more out of life. We have operated with these same principles for almost 7 years but during these crazy times, with all of the pain, division, and uncertainty, we felt it was important to put this in writing.
