Montoya Law, A.P.C. Informs our clients that we will continue to work remotely however with limited staff due to the current Coronavirus epidemic. We will be working with less than half our staff and will be very limited in what we can do due to the following: The WCAB (The Workers Compensation court) is closed for all issues except expedited trials. Montoya Law will request continuance on Expedited Trials since we do not want to expose our staff. The time frame for thi...s is unknown. We will continue to update ourselves with any information and inform our clients as soon as we have any updates. Many insurance companies and defendant law firms are either working remotely or not working at all. Therefore communication with them is limited and what they can do is as well since they are going through the same crisis and limitations of staff.
